The Ambassador bonus is based on the referred customer’s standard monthly subscription fee, excluding taxes, usage charges, additional units, discounts and other one-off charges. Eligibility and payment are subject to the applicable referral programme terms.
Definitions
Ambassador
- Receives a one-time referral bonus equal to the referred customer’s monthly subscription fee. It is not a recurring commission.
- The bonus is paid after the referred customer completes two consecutive monthly subscription payments.
- The referred customer must be new to HeyVox and the referral registered before HeyVox is already actively engaged with them.
- Does not sell, onboard or support customers — HeyVox manages the complete sales and implementation process.
Partner
- Builds customer relationships and participates in the sales process.
- Works together with HeyVox during onboarding.
- Receives recurring revenue.
- Completes Sales Training and Level A Certification.
Certified Partner
- Delivers projects independently.
- Owns onboarding and first-line support.
- Receives 30% recurring revenue.
- Completes both Level A and Level B Certification.
