HeyVox.ai provides AI-powered voice communication and automation solutions for restaurants, hotels, hospitality operators, and other businesses.

The Services may include:

• AI voice agents
• Call handling and routing
• Reservation and booking assistance
• Customer communication automation
• SMS and messaging integrations
• CRM and calendar integrations
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Other related software and communication services

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in order to use the Services.

By using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep your login credentials secure
• promptly update account information if it changes
• accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or infrastructure
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• transmit harmful code, malware, or spam
• violate applicable telecommunications, privacy, or data protection laws
• use the Services to impersonate another person or entity unlawfully

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated communications complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

HeyVox.ai uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate voice interactions and automated communications.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs
• AI interactions may be monitored or recorded for quality improvement purposes
• you are responsible for reviewing and configuring your workflows appropriately

HeyVox does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate AI-generated outputs.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to telephony providers, messaging platforms, reservation systems, payment processors, CRM systems, cloud infrastructure providers, APIs, AI systems, and other technology vendors.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

HeyVox is not responsible for third-party services or systems.

Certain Services may require payment.

By purchasing paid Services, you agree to:

• pay all applicable fees
• provide valid payment information
• authorize recurring charges where applicable

Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

HeyVox may offer free trial periods or promotional access.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, paid subscriptions may automatically begin at the applicable rate.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.

All trademarks, branding, website content, proprietary workflows, configurations, designs, integrations, automations, and materials associated with HeyVox.ai are owned by or licensed to HeyVox SIA.

Certain components of the Services may rely on licensed or third-party technologies, infrastructure, APIs, software, communication providers, or AI systems.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in HeyVox.ai, its branding, workflows, website content, configurations, integrations, or platform experience to the user.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted in writing by HeyVox SIA.

HeyVox.ai is designed with privacy and data protection principles in mind.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• retention

• your rights

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance
• upgrades
• technical failures
• third-party outages
• events outside our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyVox SIA shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• lost profits or revenue
• loss of data
• business interruption
• reputational damage
• AI-generated inaccuracies or decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HeyVox during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyVox SIA, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services
• violation of these Terms
• unlawful communications or activities
• misuse of AI-generated outputs

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• you violate these Terms
• payment obligations are not met
• your activities create legal, security, or operational risks

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the use of the Services.

Confidential information shall not include information that:

• is publicly available
• was already lawfully known
• is independently developed
• must be disclosed by law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the HeyVox.ai website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
